Zatural was started by MaryAnn Stanger, a naturopathic doctor, in 2018. The company sells what they call “all-natural” products made without harsh chemicals, fillers, or additives.
The company hasn’t been involved in any lawsuits related to its products or business practices, and they haven’t received any
Zatural has an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Here, they have a 4.36 out of 5-star rating based on 22 customer reviews. There is currently only one complaint — outlining an issue about receiving the wrong product — but it seems the issue has been resolved.

A quick search on the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s website shows that they don’t appear to be certified organic, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re not following organic farming practices.

There are certificates of analysis (COAs) for most Zatural products, but not all. The ones that do exist come from an ISO 17025-compliant third-party lab. ISO 17025 certification means the lab has demonstrated that they produce valid results.
Still, there appear to be some inconsistencies about the way the products are tested.
The Full Spectrum CBD Oil and CBD Gummy Bears, for example, have comprehensive third-party testing available. Each of these final products has been tested for potency and contaminants.
However, other products, like the CBD Hot Cream, are only tested for potency. Even though the CBD oil that’s used to make the cream is tested for contaminants, there’s still a possibility that microbial contamination could happen during the manufacturing process. It’s best to opt for products that are fully tested in their final form.
